Dogs must be properly vaccinated, with paperwork proof available on request, and no puppies under 4 months will be permitted.
All dogs must be supervised and cannot be left on the premises overnight or while the owner is not physically present. Dogs must stay with their owner or designated watcher at all times and should be kept in an employee's office when the employee is working there. Leashes are encouraged and owners are solely responsible for any damages incurred from their untethered dogs.
Dogs are not allowed on chairs/couches, in bathrooms, or the Event Center.
Any behavior, which interferes with another person's ability to work, will be cause for a pet to be taken home (interference is in the eye of the beholder). Aggressive behavior, such as growling, barking, chasing, or biting, is unacceptable and the pet will have to be taken home on the first complaint. Similarly, dog owners reserve full autonomy and have the right to ask coworkers to not engage their pet.
Altercations between 2 dogs will most often result in both dogs being sent home unless a clear aggressor can be determined.
Pets displaying excessive shedding may be asked to leave until groomed as high concentrations of pet dander may make it difficult to maintain a clean environment for people with allergies.
Pets with evidence of fleas or malady will be asked to go home until the problem has been alleviated.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets at all times. If a pet has more than one indoor "accident" they will be asked to go home.
In lieu of a pet deposit, owners are financially responsible for any damage or cleaning bills incurred by their pet. This includes damage from accidents, excessive pet hair, and odor removal. Pet damages are due within 7 days of any incident, cost is at the discretion of StarSpace46.
StarSpace46 assumes no direct responsibility for any dog or dog owner that do not follow the criteria listed on this policy. Those choosing to bring their dogs to the site willfully accept full financial responsibility for any and all damages incurred as a result of their pet with reimbursements over the deposit amount being paid within 7 days of the occurrence in question.
